| Before training as a garden designer Kate worked as a valuer for a national firm of auctioneers. She is a graduate with further qualifications in decorative arts and brings to her designs a knowledge of art and architecture which is vital when creating designs that complement their surroundings. Kate brings local knowledge and contacts to her projects as a result of several years spent restoring period property and creating gardens in Hampshire.
Whilst gaining her garden design qualification*, Kate worked for nationally renowned garden designer Veronica MacKinnon. She undertakes design work and consultancy in Hampshire and the surrounding area.
