Kate takes on a wide range of projects from very small locally based schemes to larger projects.

She can offer as much or as little advise as required, from broad ideas about the layout of your garden or help with planting schemes for beds of any size, to producing site layouts, design details and working drawings. All advice is tailored to your requirements and budget. Finally, she can advise on contractors suitable for your project.

Kate will visit the site to make an initial assessment of the project and to provide a fee quotation. The full design process has many stages, but boadly speaking they will be as follows:

Survey followed by outline concepts:
Following the survey, outline drawings that investigate the potential of the site against your brief.

Master plan
This will indicate  proposed levels, hard surface treatments, lawns, planting and features.

Detail Design
Working drawings and planting plans.

These stages are developed alongside budget constraints where known.
